Senior Accountant

 Job Description: Maintain daily accounting operations, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Review bank reconciliations, cash balances, and credit card sales across multiple accounts and POS systems. Review bi-weekly payroll to ensure compliance with tax regulations and resolve payroll issues. Process invoices and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments. Prepare consolidated financial statements and conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis. Monitor leases, debt obligations, and related liability accounts. Assist with audits, tax filings, internal control evaluations, capital project analysis, and system enhancements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
  • 24 months of work experience in Accounting, Auditing, or financial analysis related positions.
  • CPA License required.
  • Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Financial Statement Consolidation, and US federal taxation (including flow-through entities).
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and data analytics tools (Power BI).
  • Proficiency in Financial Statement Analysis and Forecasting, including auditing and reviewing quarterly financial information and annual reports.
